Daily Round-Up: November 12th, 2010

Enes Kanter has been ruled permanently ineligible this season
MLB:

The Red Sox and Marlins have swapped left-handed pitchers. The Red Sox got former first round draft pick Andrew Miller, and the Marlins got Dustin Richardson. This trade appears to have more upside for the Red Sox, who get a pitcher in Andrew Miller, that was the centerpiece of the deal that sent MIguel Cabrera to Detroit. He has the tools to be an elite pitcher.

Oakland has added third baseman Edwin Encarnacion off waivers from Toronto. Encarnacion had 21 home runs last year while boasting a .244 batting average.
